Fat Loss Factor

By Zachary Mullins

Loosing weight today is more of a trend than a life style. Indeed it goes in fashion at the beginning of each year then fades around February.  Of course the trend picks back up again just before summer as most people wish to look better at the beach. Then down again around fall as we settle into hibernation and await the trend to pick up around January 1st. And of course in between the trends we do the best we can to layer up the fat. Trust me I lived that way for years myself so I know.

And besides loosing weight shouldn't be a life style but 'living healthy' should. The first thing some of us think of when the weight loss trend approaches is right away eat less or starve yourself. Which works if your going for the skin and bones look. Others hit the gym and pick up where they left off years before when they, in their glory years, had once benched 300 pounds. They choose the same routine as they had when they were younger and then relay on protein shakes to do the rest. Again works until you stop training so hard then the weight returns and muscle disappears.

I can remember three times in my adult life were I was below 230 pounds. The rest of the time I was always at the average between 250 and 265. I realized the older I got the harder it was to hit the gym after years off and get the same results I did when I was in my twenties. I have looked at weight loss plans plans over the years, its kinda hard not to. And they were all the same one way or another. They either promoted weight lose calculators and diet plans that consisted of training plans and protein meals. Sound familiar?

The knowledge was hard won but I learned the tricks and know my weight is stable at around 220-225. You see the training and the healthy, protein foods are OK but without cleaning the inside of your body first your just setting yourself up for failure. Dr. Charles from Indiana has a weight loss institute  Just one of the tips he suggest is cleaning out your liver. He showed me how a clean liver would burn fat for the body all day and even when you sleep.

Look we can all use a healthy body anyway and while your cleaned on the inside you can stay thin on the outside. The presentation isn't very long and Dr. Charles is entertaining throughout. Watch this and good luck with your healthy body!  http://tinyurl.com/byojbt8
